1. – Fill in the booking form with the information that we ask and send it to us, you will automatically receive response.
2.- A maximum of 24 hours you will receive our account number to make the payment of 20% of the total amount of your stay. When you make that payment, the reservation is confirmed and you will receive in your email a form and all that you may need to arrive to the house.
3.- If you cancel your reservation, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, we will retain in any case the prepayment of the 20% as gestion charges.
4.- In any case, the amount paid will be returned or indemnify in any way to a guest, who raise a complaint about an accommodation after their stay in the same. Any detected problems must be reach Isla Rural Association in writing, before the end of their stay.
